Tallgrass Healthcare Campus in Junction City, KS is seeking full-time CNAs to provide bathing assistance to residents. This position offers consistent shifts, weekend premium, and tuition reimbursement for first-time CNAs, with a local, stay-local setup designed to reduce travel and gas costs.
Responsibilities include routine bedside care, bathing, and following care plans, while maintaining warmth, courtesy, and safety. CPR certification and Kansas CNA status required.

Monday-Tuesday 6a-230p (hours subject to change based on bathing needs of residents)
Tallgrass Healthcare Campus, a full-service elder care community located in Junction City, is seeking full-time dedicated professional CNAs to provide bathing assistance to the elders that live in the community. Tallgrass Healthcare Campus offers a wealth of amenities and services for after-hospital rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care. Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors
Bath residents according to bathing preferences and routines.
Perform other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management
Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment
Always exercise courtesy whenever residents, family members, and visitors are present
Demonstrate pride in Tallgrass Healthcare Campus by keeping areas clean and safe
Demonstrate ongoing responsibility and commitment through good attendance and by being on time to work
Respect the privacy and dignity of residents
Previous job experience preferred but not required
Must be a current Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Kansas
Must have current CPR for Health Care Providers
Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work within deadlines
Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents, visitors, and co-workers at all times
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs
