Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required or in process within four months.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, meals and vital signs.
• Support RN, document care, and assist with mobility and infection control.
