Job summary

Smoky Ridge Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to support residents alongside a CNA. The role emphasizes ADL assistance, companionship, and maintaining dignity in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality.
• Follow infection control and facility procedures.
• Document services in Point Click Care.
• Participate in trainings and in-service programs.
