Qualifications

• Must understand, remember and carry out verbal and written English instructions.
• Must speak clearly and hear well to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and nail care for residents.
• Follow the nurse's assignment schedule and report changes.
• Lift, move, and transfer residents safely.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Assist residents with meals and feeding.
• Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable resident environments.
• Provide a safe, respectful environment for residents.
• Complete electronic medical records documentation as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
