Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to support residents with activities of daily living and promote independence. The role requires TX CNA certification and good standing on the registry, with ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Texas Nurse Aide certification.
• Good standing on Texas Nurse Aide Registry and Misconduct Registry.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, grooming, nail care, dressing.
• Follow the assigned resident schedule.
• Assist with lifting, moving, and transferring residents.
• Respond to call lights promptly and aid or feed residents as needed.
• Maintain clean, dry, and comfortable resident environment; perform incontinent care.
• Document care using the EMR (PointClickCare).
• Other duties as assigned by charge nurse.
