Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Ensure resident safety.
• Follow assignment schedule as directed by charge nurse.
• Lift, move, and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Assist or feed residents.
• Keep resident clean and dry, including toileting or incontinent care.
• Document care using electronic medical records (PointClickCare).
