Focused Post Acute Care Partners is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our team in Texas. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, feeding assistance, and ensuring resident safety, while following assigned schedules and documenting care. English communication and compliance with Nurse Aide Registry requirements are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current Nurse Aide certification in Texas required.
• In good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry in Texas and Misconduct Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• To ensure resident safety.
• Bathed, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress residents.
• Follow resident assignment schedule as determined by charge nurse.
• Lift, move, and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights promptly.
• Assist or feed residents.
• Keep residents clean and dry; provide incontinent care.
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents.
• Utilize electronic medical records charting (PointClickCare).
