Job summary

Focused Post Acute Care Partners (FPACP) is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our care team in Humble, TX. You will assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity, while ensuring safety and comfort throughout your shift.

The ideal candidate holds a current Texas Nurse Aide certification, is in good standing on the Nurse Aide Registry and can follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Nurse Aide certification in Texas required.
• Good standing on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry and Misconduct Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident safety at all times.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, nail care).
• Follow the resident assignment schedule set by the charge nurse.
• Assist or feed residents as needed.
• Lift, move, and transfer residents safely.
• Respond to call lights promptly and support residents’ independence.
