FPACP Houston LLC is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our long-term care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and ensure safety in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current Nurse Aide certification in Texas.
• In good standing on the Texas Nurse Aide Registry and Misconduct Registry.
• Ability to understand, remember and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Ensure resident safety and maintain a clean, comfortable environment.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and basic nail care for residents as assigned.
• Follow the charge nurse's assignment schedule and assist or feed residents as needed.
• Respond to call lights promptly and document care in the EMR.
