Focused Post Acute Care Partners in Mount Pleasant, TX, seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to assist residents with activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity in a compassionate team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
• Provide baths, grooming, dressing and basic nail care.
• Follow assigned resident schedules and assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Respond to call lights promptly and assist with feeding and toileting.
• Maintain clean, safe, and supportive environment; document care as required.
