Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living's Meadow Ridge in Redding, CT is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Assisted Living neighborhood. You will deliver compassionate care, assist residents with daily activities, and document changes to health or behavior for our caregiving team.

• CT state-certified CNA required.
• Experience delivering care in Assisted Living environments is a plus.
• Ability to document care and report changes to staff.

Responsibilities

• Document care and communicate changes in health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Apply customer service skills to ensure high-quality care.

Hourly Wage Range $20-$21.25

Shift differentials are paid when you work the 2nd, 3rd and/or weekend shifts. The hourly shift differential rates are $1.50, $2.00 and $1.00 respectively.

Must be a CT State Certified CNA to be considered for employment

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment in our Assisted Living neighborhoods.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting


• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.


• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.


• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.


• Other duties as needed.
