Job summary

Apache Junction Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to assist residents with daily living activities, document care provided, and monitor vital signs. You will work to identify changes and communicate them to nursing staff while maintaining a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Arizona CNA license is required.
