Job summary

Franklin General Hospital is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Emergency Department Registration Specialist to join our team. The role blends direct patient care with ED registration duties and requires a compassionate, detail-oriented individual dedicated to a five-star patient experience.

The position features full-time night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) and offers opportunities for growth within a rural health care setting. Prior registration experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Iowa CNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide basic nursing care under licensed staff supervision.

• Monitor and report changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
• Cross-train and assist with ED and hospital registration.
