Job summary

Franklin General Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med/Surg/ED Department. The role covers the night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a 36-hour week with a $3.25/hour shift differential, and a blocked schedule of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

You will float between ED and Med/Surg as needed, delivering high-quality, personalized patient care. The position emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and participation in process improvements.

Qualifications

• Nurse licensed to practice (RN).
• Strong critical thinking and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work autonomously and multitask in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Care for diverse patient populations including Hospice, skilled nursing, medical and emergency cases.
