Concierge Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and CNAs in Middleburg, FL. The role focuses on one-on-one home care to help seniors stay independent and comfortable at home.

We offer private duty opportunities, with weekday or weekend assignments and flexible part-time schedules as client needs allow. As a member of our home care team, you’ll assist with daily activities, maintain safety, and provide compassionate support.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA or HHA certification.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• CPR certification is required.
• SSN and health statement are required.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Companionship and social engagement with clients.
• Walking assistance and safe transfers.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders as needed.
• Transportation and errands for clients.
• Support for clients with Alzheimer's or dementia.

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Middleburg, Florida!

Our private duty home care opportunities offer a more personal caregiving experience, allowing you to focus on one client at a time rather than juggling multiple patients in a facility.

We're seeking dependable caregivers interested in weekday or weekend assignments, supplemental hours, and recurring part-time schedules as client needs allow.

What You'll Enjoy

• $18.00–$22.00 per hour, paid weekly

How You'll Help

As a member of our Middleburg home care team, you'll provide individualized support that helps seniors maintain their daily routines and quality of life.

Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Companionship and social engagement
• Walking assistance and safe transfers
• Meal preparation and light household tasks
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands when needed
• Support for clients experiencing Alzheimer's disease or dementia

Qualifications & Required Documentation

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license OR Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

• Current CPR certification

• Social Security card

• Health statement dated within the past six months

• Required caregiver training:

  • 2 hours of Alzheimer's training
  • 1 hour of HIV/AIDS training
  • 2 hours of medication assistance training

• Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening

• Dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to compassionate senior care
