Job summary

Concierge Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to join our Palm Coast caregiving team. This private duty role focuses on one-on-one care for seniors at home, with flexible weekday and weekend shifts and weekly pay.

W-2 employment offers stability and clear professional guidelines. You'll provide daily living assistance, mobility support, medication reminders, meal prep, and companionship, helping clients stay safe and comfortable at home.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CNA license or Florida-approved HHA certificate.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Current CPR certification and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and engaging conversation.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and transportation as needed.
• Support for individuals with Alzheimer's or dementia.

What You'll Do

As a private duty caregiver, you'll provide meaningful support to seniors through:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

• Companionship and engaging conversation

• Mobility assistance and safe transfers

• Meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Medication reminders

• Transportation and errands as needed

• Support for individuals living with Alzheimer's disease or dementia

What You Need to Qualify

• Active Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license OR Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance

• Current CPR certification

• Social Security card

• Health statement completed within the last 6 months

• Required Florida caregiver training:

  • 2 hours of Alzheimer's training

  • 1 hour of HIV/AIDS training

  • 2 hours of medication assistance training

• Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening

• Reliable transportation, professionalism, and a compassionate attitude
