Concierge Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Middleburg, FL to provide one-on-one private home care for seniors, with flexible weekday and weekend schedules. This role offers part-time and PRN opportunities, with competitive hourly pay and a W-2 employment arrangement.

Join a team focused on helping clients maintain independence and quality of life at home, with consistent weekly assignments when available and opportunities for additional hours.

Formación

• Current Florida CNA license or HHA certificate from a Florida-approved program.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
• Social Security card.
• Health statement dated within the past six months.
• 2 hours Alzheimer's training, 1 hour HIV/AIDS training, 2 hours medication assistance training.
• Eligibility for AHCA/FL Clearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
• Dependability, professionalism and compassionate senior care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Offer companionship and social engagement to clients.
• Assist with walking and safe transfers.
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks.
• Provide medication reminders and basic monitoring.
• Transport and errands as needed.

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Middleburg, Florida!

Our private duty home care opportunities offer a more personal caregiving experience, allowing you to focus on one client at a time rather than juggling multiple patients in a facility.

We're seeking dependable caregivers interested in weekday or weekend assignments, supplemental hours, and recurring part-time schedules as client needs allow.

What You'll Enjoy

• $18.00–$22.00 per hour, paid weekly
• W-2 employee status — not 1099

How You'll Help

As a member of our Middleburg home care team, you'll provide individualized support that helps seniors maintain their daily routines and quality of life.

Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Meal preparation and light household tasks
• Medication reminders
• Transportation and errands when needed
• Support for clients experiencing Alzheimer's disease or dementia

Qualifications & Required Documentation

• Current Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license OR Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Current CPR certification
• Social Security card
• Health statement dated within the past six months
• Required caregiver training:
  • 2 hours of Alzheimer's training
  • 1 hour of HIV/AIDS training
  • 2 hours of medication assistance training
• Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening
