Qualifikationen

• Current California CNA or OBRA-approved training completion.
• Strong communication skills and resident-centered mindset.

Aufgaben

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding, mobility, and more
• Promote dignity, safety, and comfort in all resident interactions
• Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Support individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary care team
• Engage in ongoing training, education, and teamwork
