Qualifications

• Must be a current CNA in California or have completed an approved OBRA training program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on care to residents.
• Assist with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, feeding, mobility.
• Promote dignity, safety, and comfort in all resident interactions.
• Observe and communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Support individualized care plans as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
• Engage in ongoing training and teamwork.
