Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents under supervision of licensed staff.
• Accurately document care provided in charts and notes.
• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.
• Measure and record vital signs and weights as instructed.
• Monitor resident comfort, safety and needs; respond promptly to changes.
