• Document care provided on charts and EMR.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and mobility.
• Maintain residents' comfort, safety and dignity at all times.
• Answer call lights promptly and respond to resident needs.
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitative care as directed.
• Maintain a clean, calm and safe resident environment.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other departments.
