Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a travel assignment in Somerset, PA. This role provides direct patient care under the supervision of a RN or LPN and supports a variety of personal care tasks in healthcare facilities.

Candidates should have CNA certification, at least one year of bedside experience, current CPR, and the ability to meet health and regulatory requirements. Weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and flexible opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• One year experience as a nursing assistant preferred.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant per client/state requirements.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional.
• Assist with personal care activities and comfort measures for patients.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs directpatient care under the direct supervision of a RN or LPN/LVN or other licensedmedical professional.

The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient careactivities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for thepersonal needs and comforts of patients.

Minimum Requirements
