American Senior Communities is seeking an Activity Assistant - CNA for a full-time day shift to provide compassionate care and engaging activities that improve residents' physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. You will join a positive team, help onboard new teammates, encourage participation in daily activities, and plan inclusive programs while respecting each resident's background and needs.

Prior geriatric experience is preferred and CNA certification is encouraged; certification

Qualifications

• Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred.
• CNA certification is preferred; open to obtaining CNA certification within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents.
• Encourage participation in daily activities to enhance well-being.
• Assist with onboarding new teammates and support a positive team environment.
• Organize and participate in activities that are tailored to residents' backgrounds and needs.
