Green Acres Healthcare seeks an friendly Activity Assistant to engage residents and support activity programming in a care setting. You will work closely with residents, families, and staff to foster a welcoming environment and meaningful activities.

Required is an active CNA certification, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a plus, and the role includes front-desk duties and evening care assistance.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities independently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable working with residents who have impairments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and assist with resident activity programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
• Support residents during dinner service around 4:30 pm and assist with evening care routines.
