Signature HealthCARE in Carrollton, KY, is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time day shifts (6AM-2PM). You will deliver direct resident care under licensed supervision, assist with ADLs, document vital signs, and help maintain a compassionate environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed staff.

• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and nutrition data.
• Turn and position residents; respond to call lights promptly.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
• Support resident rights within the care environment.
• Contribute to housekeeping standards in assigned areas.
