Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct resident care duties under supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
• Promote a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for residents.
• Provide ADLs within the resident’s plan of care and state regulations.
• Change bed linen and maintain grooming supplies in resident rooms.
• Ambulate and transfer residents using appropriate devices.
• Record resident vital signs, weights, intake/output, and other data.
• Routinely turn and position residents and support rights.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
