Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Glasgow Rehab & Wellness Center in Glasgow, KY, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our patient-centered care teams. We offer 8-hour shifts with rotating weekends and a supportive environment focused on quality of life.

As a CNA, you will perform direct resident care under licensed supervision, assist with ADLs, monitor vitals, and help maintain a compassionate living space.

Qualifications

• Current, active Nursing Assistant certification from state in which the facility operates.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a nursing team and under the direction of licensed nursing staff.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change.
• Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) within scope of practice.
• Record resident vitals, weights, intake/output, and other information.
• Turn and position residents and maintain hygiene.
• Support resident rights and maintain housekeeping standards.
• Assist in orientation and training of other staff.
