Qualifications

• Current active CNA certification in the state of operation.
• Evidence of good communication skills and teamwork.
• Ability to deliver compassionate resident care following policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADLs and direct resident care under supervision.
• Change bed linens and maintain room supplies regularly.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers using proper devices.
• Record vital signs, weights, intake/output, and meals as assigned.
• Turn and position residents to maintain comfort and safety.
• Respect resident rights and ensure a clean care environment.
• Support orientation and training of other staff as needed.
• Fulfill additional duties and projects as assigned.
