Job summary

Valley View Post Acute El Monte SNF, LLC invites passionate CNAs to join a facility on a 7:00 AM–3:00 PM shift. The role focuses on delivering routine nursing care and following each resident’s care plan under supervision.

New grads are welcome; candidates must be licensed CNAs with good communication and teamwork skills. Training is provided to ensure quality resident care around the clock.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, an 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general procedures and regulations.
• Ability to write reports and communicate with managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries only with approved abbreviations.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Record data on flow sheets and charts clearly.
• Assist with meals, transfers, and positioning as trained.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
