Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management in Texas is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide basic resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will participate in shifts, receive nursing reports, and help with daily activities to support resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, hygiene, bedmaking, linen changes, and explaining procedures before administration. Successful completion of a state-approved Nurse Aide program is required, and good standing

Qualifications

• State Approved Nurse Aide Training and Competency Evaluation Program completed; name must appear on State Registry as Nurse Aide in good standing.
• Ability to communicate with residents and nursing staff.
• Must have the ability to read and write.

Objective
