Job summary

Salemtowne in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist with clinic operations and resident comfort by performing personal care and support services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification from an accredited program.
• North Carolina CNA license in good standing.
• CPR certification (ARC or AHA).

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional customer service to clients, families, providers, insurers, and vendors.
• Deliver personal care per care plan (bathing, grooming, ambulation, feeding, etc.).
• Document care in the electronic health record for each resident/patient.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals as applicable to Home Care.
• Protect residents' rights and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Triage requests by consulting Nurse Supervisor or Physician.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Support Salemtowne's mission, values, and Shines program.
• Complete annual compliance and HIPAA training.
• Adhere to policies; report concerns; follow regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
