Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Obtain and record vital signs accurately.
• Collect routine specimens as directed.
• Support restorative nursing activities to promote independence.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
• Document resident intake and output accurately.
• Observe and report changes in condition or safety concerns.
• Provide courteous service to visitors and families.
