As a CNA, youwill play an essential role in helping residents maintain their comfort,dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilitiesinclude:

• Assist residents with activities ofdaily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene,feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Obtain and accurately record vitalsigns.
• Collect routine specimens asdirected.
• Perform restorative nursingactivities to promote resident independence.
• Assist with resident admissions,transfers, and discharges.
• Respond promptly to resident calllights and requests for assistance.
• Complete routine comfort, safety,and drying/checking rounds.
• Accurately record resident intakeand output.
• Observe, document, and promptlyreport changes in resident condition, safety concerns, or potentialhazards.
• Maintain accurate, timely, andcomplete documentation of resident care.
• Assist visitors and providecourteous customer service while supporting a positive environment forresidents and families.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant(CNA) certification in good standing with the Commonwealth ofPennsylvania.
• Previous long-term care,rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Current CPR certificationpreferred.
• Strong communication, teamwork, andcustomer service skills.
