Job summary

Transitions Healthcare North Huntingdon is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of dedicated caregivers. If you're passionate about providing exceptional resident care and making a meaningful difference daily, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification required.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred but not required.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident care.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
Obtain and record vital signs.
Collect routine specimens as directed.
Perform restorative nursing activities to promote resident independence.
Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation of resident care.
Communicate respectfully and compassionately with residents, families, visitors, and care team.
