• Resident observation.
• Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse.
• Maintaining resident’s personal hygiene.
• Feeding of residents and documenting intake.
• Making resident beds and ensuring space is clean.
• Transporting residents within the facility.
• Turning bedridden residents.
• Provide a caring and compassionate atmosphere.
• Assist with clinical care as directed.
