Faith Haven Senior Careteam seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in daily living activities and care plans. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered assistance within a supportive clinical team.

CNAs provide ADL assistance, monitor health indicators, and communicate any changes to the nursing staff while promoting a welcoming, healing environment for guests and families.

Qualifications

• Completed approved Nursing Assistant training program with CNA certification current in Michigan.
• Excellent customer service and compassionate patient care.
• Team player who supports colleagues and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies.
• Document and perform patient care per individualized care plans (ADLs, bathing, skin care, mouth care, dressing).
• Record nutritional intake, vitals, bowel/bladder training, mobility and positioning.
• Observe changes in condition and report to nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and positive environment for guests and families.

You will earn:

• Base wages: $ 21.50 - $24.20 Per Hour! NEW RATES!
• PLUS $3.40 per hour Hero/Hazard pay!
• PLUS Shift Premiums:
  • +$1.50 per hour for 2nd Shift
  • +$1.00 per hour all Weekend Shifts

We can work with your scheduling needs:

• 8 hour shifts - all shifts include rotating weekends (1 weekend per pay period)
• 1 FT, 1 PT - 2nd and 3rd shift

How you will help people every day:

• You will support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies by positively encouraging and promoting continued well-being.
• You will perform and document patient care using the individualized care plans as a guide. Bathing and all activities of daily living related care, such as skin care, preventative and supportive care, routine morning and evening mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• You will perform and document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• You will observe and report, as necessary, significant changes in routine or condition as appropriate to your nursing team
• You will promote hospitality and excellent customer service in our every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment in which to heal and thrive.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• You have completed of an approved Nursing Assistant training program, with current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan
