This role emphasizes accurate vitals recording, adherence to patient rights, and engaging residents with activity and routine care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens, stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents safely.
• Record Vital Information: vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn/reposition residents for comfort.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM and provide orientation as directed.
