Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver high-quality care in a warm, home-like environment. You will assist residents with daily activities, document care needs, and communicate changes to the care team.

Experience with dementia is desirable. A valid CNA license is required, and prior work in a skilled nursing or assisted living setting is appreciated but not mandatory. Comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA license is required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Previous experience working with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Documenting care provided and reporting changes to staff.
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Other duties as needed.
