Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide patient-centered care to residents in a warm, home-like setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, document care, and communicate changes to the team, while supporting dementia residents with empathy and respectful, high-quality care.

The role includes training, benefits, and a collaborative team environment that values diversity and integrity.

Qualifications

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
• Experience working with residents with dementia is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in health or behavior to staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive quality care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
