Job summary

Anchor Post Acute in Aiken, SC is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our 120-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility. You will provide compassionate, hands-on daily care aligned with each resident's care plan, helping with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining dignity and respect.

We offer competitive pay of $15-$19 per hour with a $4/hour weekend differential, full-time healthcare benefits, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, gym membership and advancement

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina Nurse Aide Certification.
• Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Assistant Program.
• Current CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per individualized care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, feeding.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nurses.
• Record care data and maintain patient dignity and safety.
