American Senior Communities is offering a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position at Columbia Healthcare Center. The role focuses on resident daily care, companionship, and support within a dedicated nursing team, with 12-hour day or night shifts and every other weekend, no on-call.

Candidates must hold an active Indiana CNA certification and be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and transferring residents.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Indiana CNA certification.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and assisting with mobility.
• Passion for geriatric nursing and senior care.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Help with lifting, positioning and transferring residents.
• Observe residents and communicate changes to nursing team.
• Provide companionship and reassurance.
• Coordinate care with nursing and facility teams.
• Maintain safe and respectful environment.
