Job summary

Cypress Village in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will provide quality nursing care, assist with hygiene, and document vital information as part of a supportive senior living community.

This role requires the ability to follow care plans, work 12-hour shifts with weekend availability, and maintain precise records. We offer PTO, health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a respected senior living

Qualifications

Current CPR certification required or obtained upon hire.
Florida CNA license is required to begin employment.
Ability to read, follow written instructions and document services.
Self-directed with ability to work with minimal supervision.
Kind, reliable and compassionate attitude.

Responsibilities

Provide quality nursing care to residents, assist with hygiene, feeding, bathing and dressing.
Measure and record temperatures and blood pressures.
Observe and record residents' reactions to medications and treatments.
Organize and prioritize resident and unit activities.
Follow the care plan set forth by RN/LPN and report pertinent information.
Document daily ADL activities accurately.
