Cypress Village in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will provide quality nursing care, assist with hygiene, and document vital information as part of a supportive senior living community.

This role requires the ability to follow care plans, work 12-hour shifts with weekend availability, and maintain precise records. We offer PTO, health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth within a respected senior living

Qualifikationen

• Current CPR certification required or obtained upon hire.
• Florida CNA license is required to begin employment.

• Provide quality nursing care to residents, assist with hygiene, feeding, bathing and dressing.
• Measure and record temperatures and blood pressures.
• Observe and record residents' reactions to medications and treatments.
• Organize and prioritize resident and unit activities.
• Follow the care plan set forth by RN/LPN and report pertinent information.
• Document daily ADL activities accurately.

• Provide quality-nursing care to our residents, Assist residents with hygiene needs, Feeding, bathing, and dressing patients
• Measure and record patients' temperatures and blood pressures
• Observe and record resident’s reactions to medications and treatment
• Participate in the organization and prioritization of residents and unit activities
• Ability to follow a plan of care set forth by the RN/LPN
• Report pertinent information to the RN/LPN
• Proper documentation of daily ADL's
• Exhibits empathy, dignity, respect and concern for resident's well-being

Must have a current nursing assistant license (CNA) in the state of Florida
One year of C N A experience preferred
Current CPR and first aid certifications a plus
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Uniforms provided.
