Job summary

The Pavilion at Jacksonville is actively seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caregiving team in Jacksonville, FL. This role focuses on helping residents with daily activities, mobility, and health monitoring to maintain comfort and safety in a compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• CNA certification for the state of Florida.
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred.
• Must pass Level 2 background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide mobility support and help residents move safely.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Collaborate with nurses and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality care.
