Qualifications

• Current and active CNA certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Compassion for elderly residents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable attendance.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care.
• Assist residents with transfers, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Take and document vital signs accurately.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents during meals and with feeding when needed.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Follow individualized resident care plans.
• Work closely with RNs, LPNs, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team.
• Provide exceptional service to residents and their families.
