Qualifications

• Performs tasks related to activities of daily living including hydration, nutrition, hygiene and comfort.
• Collects and reports patient status, vital signs, and concerns to RN.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and feeding.
• Take and report vital signs and patient observations to the RN.
• Perform clerical duties to support unit operations and patient care workflows.
• Complete routine tasks and respond to patient needs under RN supervision.
