Job summary

Asbury Normandie Ridge, part of Asbury Communities, Inc., is seeking a compassionate CNA to support residents with daily living tasks in a warm, person-centered setting.

Responsibilities include ADL assistance, safety monitoring, vital signs checks, transport to appointments, and prompt response to calls, with a base wage starting at $21/hour plus shift differentials. Full-time and part-time opportunities available with daily pay option.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Active CNA license in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Assist residents in preparing for and transporting to medical appointments and activities.
• Check residents' vital signs, record data, and report variances to the Charge Nurse.
• Respond to resident call lights promptly to attend to needs.
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
• Assist residents to walk with or without self-help devices.

• Base rate increases based of years of experience as CNA

Job Description

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities, and social programs.
• Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to Charge Nurse.
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
• Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed.
• Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or combination of school and experience.
• Active CNA license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
