Job summary

Asbury Communities at Bethany Village seeks compassionate caregivers to assist residents with daily living, transportation to appointments, and participation in activities. You will monitor vital signs, document data, and promptly respond to call lights while supporting restorative care and mobility with or without assistive devices.

• Assists residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hygiene).
• Assists with transportation to appointments, activities, and programs.
• Monitors vital signs, records data, and reports variances to Charge Nurse.
• Responds quickly to resident call lights and attends to needs.
• Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
• Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices.

Job Description

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activity and social programs.
• Checks residents'vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to Charge Nurse.
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
• Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed.
• Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license for PA
• Active CPR certification
