A leading senior living provider in York County, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily living activities. Responsibilities include checking vital signs, supporting residents during medical appointments, and ensuring their overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have an active CNA license, a high school diploma or GED, and current CPR certification. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Check residents' vital signs and record data accurately.
• Answer resident call lights promptly for assistance.
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
• Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed.
• Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.

Job Description

• Assists residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Assists residents in preparing for and transporting to and from medical appointments, activities,and social programs.
• Checks residents' vital signs, measures weight and height, and records data as instructed; reports any variances to Charge Nurse.
• Answers resident call lights promptly to attend to needs; frequently checks those who are unable to call for help.
• Performs restorative and rehabilitative procedures, as instructed.
• Assists residents to walk with or without self-help devices, as instructed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or combination of school and experience.
• Active CNA license in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
