Job summary

Coal Creek Post Acute & Assisted Living in Lafayette, CO is hiring CNAs for all shifts. Provide direct resident care under licensed nurses.

Qualifications

• Active CNA license in Colorado.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Ability to provide compassionate resident care with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under the direction of licensed nurses.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Document care provided and report changes to nursing staff.
